		<description>Hey Dave, yeah you are good at what you do.  You were originally hired for ourfaves.  The SMG work wasn&#039;t really meant for you.  You deserved better than bug fixing and cleaning up other people&#039;s inline css.

I wrote on Patty&#039;s blog that you can evaluate Job Security by how valuable you really are.  If you have skills that are really valuable, then you won&#039;t find yourself unemployed for very long.  Ultimately, you are responsible for your own job security by creating your own safety net and back up plans so that when things go south, it doesn&#039;t take you long to recover.

You&#039;ll be fine.  You are an excellent front end developer.  You need to find a company that knows how to use your strengths.</description>
